The Workforce Development Board (WDB) provides strategic guidance and oversight for workforce programs and initiatives in our region. The Board is made up of business leaders, educators, labor representatives, and community stakeholders who collaborate to ensure our workforce system meets the needs of employers and job seekers alike.
